The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

1. Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to make sure we're keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.
2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Can I amend my order?
This depends on the status of your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won't be able to amend your order.
If your order has not left our warehouse, we will be able to make any changes prior to shipment confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time. If your order has already been processed and shipped we won't be able to refund your order until you return the parcel in perfect conditions to our warehouse and we receive the parcel with satisfaction.

*Please note once an order status has been changed to‘Shipped’ then we are unable to immediately cancel the order, thus you will have to complete the return process before getting any refund.
