Does the MatriX need an SD card?

No, the MatriX does not need an SD card in order to use or watch live feed. However, if you need to record and save the videos you will need to purchase one. SD Cards are available at All Trends USA.

Are the videos recorded secured?

Yes! All videos recorded with your MatriX are 100% encrypted. We do not have access to our customers’ data. Nobody is able to track or watch any data except for the owner of each device.

Can I clear my storage when full capacity is reached?
When storage is full, our MatriX will loop the memory. This means that it will be deleting the oldest content in order to make room for new content. We advise that you occasionally download the content so you free up space for the new recordings without losing anything.
Can I watch live from my phone or do I have to take the SD card and watch the recording later?

You can do both! You can watch the recordings live or watch them later if they are being saved to an SD card.

Is the MatriX compatible with any smartphone?

Our app is compatible with all smartphones and it can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play for Android.

Is there a monthly fee for the app or the Wi-Fi direct stream?

No, our app and streaming functionality are 100% free.

How long can I record without a memory card?

Without an SD card you can’t record or save videos. Only watch the live feed.

How long does the battery last?

The MatriX Pro lasts about 90 minutes when fully charged.

Why would I need more than 1 MatriX?

Although our MatriX has a 75 degrees angle feature for recordings, we recommend getting more than one if you are looking to monitor several areas at once.

inexpensive camera is just excellent

Setting up the device and installing the app for monitoring took me only a few minutes. This tiny, high-quality, inexpensive camera is just excellent. The features and lightweight design were superb. This is exactly what I need in supervising my staff when I'm not around. Very helpful for my business and for my new place soon. Risk-free, hassle-free, and risk-free.

I admire the company and the item.

Even though this Matrix mini-camera is small, it has excellent performance and functionality. Motion detection and night vision are two excellent features that I admire.  Also excellent, the customer service is kind and accommodating. I admire the company and the item.

The design is distinctive

The design is distinctive, and it can be hidden in almost any place because of its tiny size. The camera's 6 lightless infrared lamps and 5M night vision range are fantastic. And it has motion detection that notifies you abruptly of an odd thing occurring in the place. Overall, I have had a breath-taking experience with this Matrix mini-camera.
