The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it. After you confirm the order, we will process your order within 24 hours. So please allow us to send your order within 3-5 working days after placing the order.

HOW DO I SHIP MY ORDER BACK
TO YOU?
We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service support@alltrendsusa.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

STEP 1: For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
STEP 2: We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the packege.

I´VE MADE A PURCHASE?
Yes. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 1-2 days after purchasing -so if you change your mind within that time - contact us and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
CAN I AMEND/CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can. Please contact us immediately as we are unable to change shipping addresses or amend your order once the it has been dispatched.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG/DAMAGED
ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’ve received the wrong item in your order, please contact us with an image of the wrong product so we can investigate it.
THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive your order and an item is missing, please note that some orders with multiple products will be shipped in separate packages due to the size and weight limit of our courier. An email should be sent to you with individual tracking numbers for each package.
