Does the ChargeX need an SD card?

No, the ChargeX does not need an SD card in order to use or watch live feed. However, if you need to record and save the videos you will need to purchase one. SD Cards are available at All Trends USA.

Are the videos recorded secured?

Yes! All videos recorded with your ChargeX are 100% encrypted. We do not have access to our customers’ data. Nobody is able to track or watch any data except for the owner of each device.

Can I clear my storage when full capacity is reached?

When storage is full, our ChargeX will loop the memory. This means that it will be deleting the oldest content in order to make room for new content. We advise that you occasionally download the content so you free up space for the new recordings without losing anything.

Can I watch live from my phone or do I have to take the SD card and watch the recording later?

You can do both! You can watch the recordings live or watch them later if they are being saved to an SD card.

Great device!

At my company, I've noticed that something is wrong. I was curious about why people behave in such disparate ways. I bought this disguised smart camera, and I watch them on my phone. I've noticed that they are doing something different in our accounting area. They change the liquidation and inventory. I can't believe they are doing this!!! I trusted them so much. This must be the end! Thanks, ChargeX for saving my company..

Awesome!!

I can affirm that it was worthwhile for every dollar I invested in it. I wanted to purchase this to keep tabs on my kid because he constantly denies using illegal substances, alcohol, or smoking when I ask him about it. So I put this smart camera in his room and what I saw on my phone is very shocking—he is indeed a smoker and a drinker. He's been doing this for months already? I can't believe it!

The thieves that broke into our store last night were captured on camera. We recorded every moment of that night. Fortunately, this camera has a good HD camera and motion detection. We reported those people to the police station and they recognized them. They even admire the clarity of the captured video. I wish they would find those guys. Many thanks ChargeX

The best camera

When I left my kids with their nannies, I was concerned about their safety. She is kind and really polite to my kids, so at first I feel confident, but lately I've seen strange stuff. I placed this ChargeX camera in the corner and looks like I'm charging something.. and BOOM! I catch her that she treats my children horribly and doing disgusting things. OMG! I can believe that she is like that!!
